We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify:
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition
A receipt or proof of purchase is required (order number or confirmation email)
Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable
Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@kkhook.com. Use your order number as the email subject line and include the word “Return” in the subject to help us process your request quickly. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval status. If approved:
A refund will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your total
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, email us at sales@kkhook.com Use your order number as the email subject line and include the word “Exchange” in the subject to help us process your request quickly.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Include photos and a brief description of the issue
We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost
Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed shipping instructions via email so you can send the item back securely.
You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance
We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking
If you haven’t received your refund:
Check your bank account again
Contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is officially posted
Contact your bank—processing times can vary
