1. Sponsor
This sweepstakes (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by KKHOOK.com, referred to herein as “Sponsor.”

2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to enter or win.

3. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM PT on November 22, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM PT on February 21, 2026 (“Entry Period”). Sponsor’s server is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter
Participants may enter the Giveaway in the following ways:

– Online Entry Form: Complete the official entry form at https://kkhook.com/vegas-giveaway. Limit one (1) entry per person.

– Referral Bonus: After submitting the entry form, participants may earn additional entries by referring others using their unique referral link. Each valid referral that results in a confirmed entry earns three (5) bonus entries. Self-referrals or fraudulent referrals are prohibited.

– Product Purchase: Eligible purchases made on the KKHOOK website during the Entry Period may earn bonus entries. Entry credit per purchase will be disclosed at checkout. Purchase is not required to enter.

– Product Review Bonus: Participants who submit a verified review of a purchased product on the KKHOOK website during the Entry Period will earn five (5) bonus entries. Reviews must be authentic and linked to a completed purchase.

– Entry Card Purchase: Participants may optionally purchase an official KKHOOK Entry Card at https://kkhook.com/shop. Each card grants the number of entries stated on it into the Giveaway. Purchasing a card simply offers another way to earn more entries. Free entry methods are available and provide equal opportunity to win.

5. Prize
Grand Prize: A Las Vegas getaway package including hotel stay and airfare. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $2,000. Flight class and hotel room class are determined by the Sponsor and are subject to availability and limited to the stated prize value.

The Grand Prize is transferable to one (1) individual designated by the winner, subject to Sponsor approval and verification. No cash alternative or substitution is permitted unless Sponsor, in its sole discretion, determines otherwise.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Drawing will occur on or about February 26, 2026. The winner will be notified via the email and/or mobile number provided at entry. The winner must respond within 72 hours of notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

7. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or violating these rules.

8. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising from participation or receipt or use of any prize.

9. Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation constitutes consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation.
